Let’s Begin with the final
Affirmation for Week 52!
♡"I AM BALANCED"
"I AM BALANCED"
"I CAN CREATE SUPPORT FOR MYSELF"
I transcend perfect timing, leaving behind old trends so none can find me or replace the union that once was dividing.
The distress that I felt during and after the abuse had compromised my emotions in believing that I couldn’t trust anyone and never asking for their help. Today, no one can deny me when I love myself because I’ve sacrificed what’s accepted in life to find myself.
Within the purest senses of my abilities, there was an epiphany. A higher form of sensory was in alignment with the subtle parts of my mind. The process of life for both good and terrible was a cause and effect recourse over time. I Am Balanced and can look forward to a transformative self that has realigned.
Healing feels like an internal pathway that I can trace to Spiritual wealth and the closest connection to the divine awaiting when I ask for help.I Am Balanced.

♡ No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time.

♡ Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allowing for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher aspects of yourself.
