The length of this series, which is set for 52 weeks is for you to become more familiar with your strengths and weaknesses as a sexual abuse survivor. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace & to know that the doors will always remain open for questions as a community or individually towards your healing.
Sometimes there’ll be days when things will potentially appear to be going wrong. Learning to Relax & Let Go as a survivor of sexual abuse with the divine will manifest space for zen.
I will grow into an understanding of this unique method and revert to its order in letting go to resume a state of clarity.
Learning to Relax & Let Go may seem like I’m not protecting myself because of an inability to fight back. While inwardly, I’ll tune into the higher spirits instead and move beyond external conflicts, but not as avoiding.
I Can Relax, Let Go, & move on! This new reality will begin to adhere when practical matters are aligned in abundance for you to relax!
