To change a behavior, you must go through a series of mental and emotional stages over a period of time. Listed below are the 6 Stages of Behavior Change to forward healing. #survivor to #thriver
1)Precontemplation- There's no current intention for change
2) Contemplation- You recognize having a problem
3)Preparation- You are within a month for action
4)Action- Execute an action plan
5) Maintenance- You work to prevent relapse
6)Termination- You are no longer at risk for relapse
