First of all, when people think of their Health, they think only of the physical body. BUT in Holistic Health, we know of the ⓸ Aspects that make up the entire body.
✅Physical Body- our diet; what we eat, drink and how much/little that we consume of it daily-
mobility/ambulation and, exercise
✅Mental Body- how we think on the many levels to reality
✅Emotional Body- how we react to the outer stimuli, which allows us to experience our day-to-day activities and environment.
✅Spiritual Body- all knowing. Connection to our higher self, directly linked to the omnipresent/omnipotent infinite all. What we perceive through the 4 Aspects of ourselves is what’s occurring internally, creating our environment through the spiritual self.
