~Reality in Consciousness Backdrop… I knew early on how important oxygen is, so important that I resisted its continual flow. Like some children, practicing to test just how long the breath could be held for, and oh, did it burn like fire, I didn’t like that feeling. Later on in life, without any notice, I would hold my breath out of spite for short periods until it became a problem. Heart palpations followed by sharp pain when I went to lay down vexed was my alarm to take better care of myself. Studying various styles of meditation and Breath Therapy work had allowed me to choose what best fits me when I feel imbalanced. What will "work" to restore my whole self could be different next week. I am constantly changing as I continue grounding and “tuning-in”. For instance, at this moment, I love the look, feel and the sound of ocean waves where I use this natural ambiance during visualization and writing work. I say all of this just to give you a quick backdrop from where I’m coming from in life as I guide the reader to my preferred resources on the subject below, enjoy. ![]()
Shallow or poor breathing can contribute to many disorders. We need to learn to breathe deeply, and from the abdomen rather than from the chest, which produces short, shallow breathing. Learning this technique helps one to breath in more oxygen, which then passes to the lungs and is absorbed into the bloodstream and into our bodies. Oxygen is needed for cellular respiration, cell metabolism, and proper brain function. If you breath too shallowly, the body may not be able to eliminate sufficient carbon dioxide for good health. Proper breathing techniques increases lung capacity, increases energy levels, speeds the healing process of many disorders, and help to relieve anxiety, asthma symptoms, insomnia, and stress (Balch 2010). ![]() To Practice Deep Breathing, do the following:
Here is one often overlooked way to help switch the focus on. Yoga-type Breath-work. Shallow, short Breathing is one of the main signs of anxiety. However, by consciously Breathing deeply, you can calm your body and mind. Try this helpful technique: 1)Imagine a point below your belly button. 2) Inhale deeply through your nostrils into your abdomen to reach that point. 3) Then, exhale even more slowly through your mouth. It is Natural for the body to feel a little bit fatigued every-so-often, I mean, no one is perfect. The physical body communicates to your brain computer that an imbalance has taken force requiring your attention, or you probably just need to take a short nap. Otherwise, it’s important to understand the proper correlation of the body’s communicative signals and how they are interpreted through our intuitive responses or not, such as fatigue. In any sense, there are a multitude of Natural & Holistic techniques to boost your energy levels, but here is 7 Simple Ways to increase spontaneity on a re-charged journey to reality in consciousness!
7 |Natural & Holistic Simple Ways to Boost Your Energy |
The time of day when you eat can impact your energy and stress level. Adjust the time that you consume the largest caloric intake to midday when according to Naturopath’s wisdom, the digestive system is operating at the optimal level at this time of the day as the energy of the sun is at its highest point. The standard American diet is based on the consumption of massive food before bedtime. The issue with this is, eating close to bedtime can stress your digestive and adrenal system. |
2. Natural Arousing Aromatherapy Instead of reaching for another cup of joe during the midday, take a pleasant whiff of various organic Essential Oils. Naturopaths, Spiritual Healers, & modern Scientists studies show that scents work directly on the brain’s computer and various odors can induce specific moods and emotions. Rosemary will stimulate your senses, increase circulation, and boost alertness. To re-energize sluggish senses, try Citrusy Essential Oils like Lemon, Tangerine, Orange, Lime, or Grapefruit for a Natural boost of Energy. Apply a few droplets onto a cotton ball and take a pleasant whiff throughout the day as needed. |

4. The Five-Minute Walk Solution
Exercise has been shown to increase blood flow, decrease stress and helps with insomnia. It can equally perk you up during the midday, and even a few minutes is beneficial. Take a quick power walk around the block to get your blood circulating. A power-stroll will be sure to boost your energy level in a holistic way for your next round of task!

5. A Dairy-Downer to Explore
Another often overlooked conduit that may be responsible for fatigue is the lymph system. In due time, a dairy-rich diet is thought to impede the lymphatic vessels, which filter proteins, fats, bacteria, and dead cells. Naturopaths suggest that you give your body a break from dairy products, at the very least cut-out milk and ice cream by replacing it with a safer choice.

6. Unblock Your Energy
Too much energy can cause imbalances similar to fatigue. Vocalizing non-syllabic vowel tones, or sounds, is one way to release displaced energy. The traditional “OM” sound creates harmony in part because it unites the chanter with the number of sound waves circulating the environment. The great ancestors had discovered before the modern time that toning synchronizes brain waves and operates as an internal massage to renew and invigorate the person expressing the sound. Simply focus your attention on your throat, sound out “OM” without judgment, and repeat for 5 to 10 minutes, with breaks for breaths in a comfortable, seated position.

Just as a side note, Pranic Healing was a foreign language with absolutely no connection to any “known” therapeutic method of regeneration known to me just a few years ago, and honestly that’s just only because I had never educated myself about what it was and how it relates to me. Yeah sure, we hear about massage, yoga, acupuncture, the more idolized methods for whatever various purposes there are on television about how to therapeutically relax or heal, but what are some of the practices that can be simply performed to restore and replenish the human aura, which in some ways are the key instruments for higher consciousness in your energy field and reality ? Well, because this blog it catered to Pranic Healing, let’s explore the official meaning and foundation of its practice before my bizarre personal experience is shared.
I received my first Pranic Healing Session over at EYEM Holistic Health Studios. According to the practitioner, the lineage of Energy Medicine that is practice is known as Pranic Healing. Many people compare it to Reiki, but there are slight differences. This is an international form of energy medicine that was started by Master Choa Kok Sui, a Southeast Asian man who studied many of the smaller shamanic and clairvoyant communities in that part of the world to ultimately build his own unique program "MCKS Pranic Healing”. Pranic Healing is a method of 'energy hygiene'. Its primarily uses is a protocol based system that aims to locate areas of your subtle or "light" body that may be over-active "congested", or under-active, "depleted". If caught soon enough, we can keep subtle imbalances from becoming physical manifestations of dis-ease. Once these areas are isolated, the practitioner will use a combination of the protocols and their intuitive awareness to work with your bodies many fields with the end goal of stabilizing any imbalances, aiding in a smooth flow of vital energy, and revitalizing your total self. Another component of Pranic Healing is 'cutting-cords' which has to do with psychological thought-forms and the removing of patterns surrounding energy centers in the body.
After receiving two synchronistic concepts in relation to Pranic Healing and other alignments in regards to it, I organized research questions for the practitioner that had matched up with what I was looking for, completed a consultation, and scheduled the first session. I discovered EYEM studios by walking downtown and exploring in the late fall last year and literally ran into this gem-shop and purchased literature, incense, crystals, and visited there for over an hour. So, I just didn’t Google a holistic studio and schedule an appointment for Pranic Healing and I do not recommend that anyone does that either. Exchanging energy is sacred, therefore you need to become familiar with the practitioner, the studio, the environment, the energy, always listening to your intuition before conducting yourself in new settings.
~My Experience with Pranic Healing for the First time…
I had a few strange and unexplainable experiences during the first session of my Pranic Healing at the beginning of May 2018. My mind didn’t invite nor bother to inform me how that very soon my past, present, and near future were all occurring at this specific time. The understanding, unlike any other, has its own uncommon uniqueness by what I had perceived during the time to be even considered as distinctive by far. The practitioner’s name will remain undisclosed during the discussion to protect their privacy.
Just before I had completely passed through the doorframe where the session would take place, oddly my memory triggered to an earlier image connected to old trauma that became residual energy just before entering the room. It immediately caught me off guard because, of course, I wasn’t expecting an unconscious, filed memory to show but more importantly I didn’t know of any triggers related to the impression or I wasn’t conscious to any. I fixated on the huge symmetrical Quartz crystals laid out as a grid before me, and then next I wasn’t aware of what I was saying until after the fact. The practitioner invited me to sit down, and to my surprise, I replied that the “space” was beautiful, when I was only really thinking about the image a few seconds ago. Knowing my photographic memory and its sometimes vivid nature, I allowed for the image to pass so that I would remain balance in the now. Just to be clear about my “feelings” at that moment, if it weren’t for the adornment of the crystals in the space, no joke, I would’ve run like a little girl away from an eerie setting. My mind took a deep dive before the session started…
The practitioner and I performed silent meditation for a few minutes, which was exactly what I needed to rebalance, gave thanks and protection to the divine beings and the multifaceted universe before my aura was observed. In order to not draw out all the specific details during the Pranic Healing, and because it is something that one has to personally experience for it to become a reality, I don’t want to bore you with micro-detailed information. The aura was observed, cleansed, and further rejuvenation took place. The practitioner utilized singing bowls and various crystals to restore and replenish the energy fields. Experiencing live singing bowls was simply majestic in sound and felt beautiful to the soul (unlike what I hear on YouTube). I was sinking into a higher frequency of bliss each time a repeated high or low vibrating tone ringed. Another odd instance took place as I viewed the practitioner as they worked. No matter how tight I tried to keep my eyes closed, the right eye naturally shut without resistance, while the left eye just would not stay closed like it had a mind of its own. Meanwhile, I gave in to the left eye’s command and discretely watched the practitioner’s aura circle around my body like a rippled wave of water. I’m sure you’ve seen in some movies where an individual has a quick like gesture or movement that occurs so fast that it was captured on film in slow mode as a rippled effect, like Superman flying in the sky or the knockout punch created by Muhammad Ali? Well, that it was I saw out through my left eye, but I didn’t question it, only observed.
The healing technique continued for over one hour long, which felt like two hours or more to me. The time had seemed to slow down, whereas other therapeutic healing technique work had zoomed by quickly when you have just begun to relax within one hour of the session. I was encouraged to take a walk outside, drink plenty of water, and bathe at the first convenient time, thereafter increasing water intake and walks outside for the next 48 hours. The practitioner completed a charcoal drawing that had reflected the energies revealed through the higher self during our combined work which depicted something I had viewed in a dream…
The overall feeling was of an ancient healing practice that I was made aware of from a different reality. Basically, it was an experience that I had performed before from a different time, so then my natural next thought was how I will retrain myself again in this new awareness to remember. Turns out I already am. Following the Pranic healing session, final closing thoughts, and with more energy for the drive home, as soon as I made it there I felt like I had worked for one of my past undesired jobs in health care where I always felt mentally and physically drained of energy. I still made myself take a walk around the neighborhood then showered knowing the added benefit of grounding all subtle energies with nature and cleansing the body from impurities through hydrotherapy. The practitioner followed up the next day to check in and had encouraged any/all questions. I had none. I will continue to listen when the spirit calls.
Maybe my spirit will call for session 2 of Pranic Healing to share? Either way, I am grateful to have experienced and shared this time and space with you. Please, leave a Comment below.
