“I AM BALANCED” I proceed to exceed in perfect timing, leaving behind trends without a trace where none can find me nor replace the union that once was dividing. The times of total distress that I always felt had compromised my emotions to believe that I could never trust anyone or use their help. No one can deny me when I love myself, because I have sacrificed some things in my life to grow and experience balance, prosperity, and wealth. In the purest senses and abilities, healing attuned a purpose to ask my questions, and then finally, there was an epiphany. My sensory levels were in alignment to right and left brain distinctions of my body. Amass chain reaction with emerging suns changing good or bad, hot or cold, yin or yang energies into the process of one. No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts, “I Am Balanced” and close the gates to sexual abuse in your family along the way. Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself. ![]() Your Reality in Balance begins at the very moment when work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind! Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 50!
“I AM VALUED”
I cannot reach a worth built around a centerpiece to display. In my healing, an illusion would be directed to a price to convey. I no longer have a safe to stay hidden from the other aspects of me. I am only a refraction of light that can be seen by others that are waged in despondency.
My words give life to survivors struggling with balance in their reality. Spoken truths are like precious jewels that are here to dispel the dark patterns attached to me. In my awareness, I can emit those energies and become just as radiant as the light providing synergy.
The universal message to grow is through the prism as above and so below. Over time, my gems increase in value and never fading away. Such as the highest flare and means of lessons which made me shine this bright like a diamond today.
Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself.

Your Reality in Balance begins at the very moment as the work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the
improvement of mankind!

Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 49!
“I AM ON TRACK”
Peace of mind is felt when I wake-up in the morning in the realization of the true aspects of myself. In every course thus far taken on distinct pathways lead me to experience the laws of nature. With my footprints, I see as the only one wager.
No point for me to shuffle back and look down onto old pathways. I will start a new day with my dreams from night trekking now into the warm sunlight. They will be received in the routes that are experienced only by my light.
I am on track with a steady pace and reflecting on checkpoints that are within my space. Because my future is revealed by the paths along the way. I can see my direction as I slow down in the presence of this one lane. I recognize the baton in my awakening and can now visualize an all-seeing finish line and the sound of my pace.
No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on this concept, “I Am On Track".

I am beginning a new life with both feet on the ground. I sought for an immutable kinship to fill and instead a crossroad was found. To an average person, this might look like I had taken my time to explore the unknown depths of my mind.
There is no point to relinquish the harsh past while my blessings are right here before me. I've weaved and thread myself back together again. I feel renewed, therefore, I am. All of my new and old relationships I can now understand a little better of those lessons firsthand.
It doesn’t have to be an unusual way to navigate with empathy as those abusive relationships were what I had allowed them to be. I saw individuals who were not only lost but misguided. Who would tell them to refrain from destruction, if I haven’t tried it? I am beginning new relationships with what I set in front of me. Small refractions of a larger picture, with the understanding, I know that I am looking in the mirror, and not on the tv screen.
The internal relationship that I built is like mirror images for my acceptance for which I became. I have done the light work within and have discovered progressive keys and undefined gateways. To change is to redefine the relationships outside of myself. Life is about adapting but to never lose a grounding of my spiritual wealth.
No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts,“I Beginning New Relationships.”
