"Today I notice myself-that I am alive, thinking, feeling, and acting. I embrace all my feelings about being noticed-by myself and others.”
Let’s Begin with the Affirmation,
Would Self-Love, Gratitude, and Empowerment become something that I’m searching for in life as a sexual abuse survivor, or is it that I need to find those intricate parts through my self-development by living in it instead?
Outside, sunflowers standing from the tall, green grass before me appear reflective of the solar disk sun. At this moment, all I need is the will to search inward to find the infinite one.
When in my creative space, naturally, I can observe myself. To be noticed by other people for their pity as a sexual abuse survivor isn’t what I seek. I Deserve To Be Noticed is an affirmation to unlock all of the good things embedded for healing internally.
