Welcome to our first series on Healing Affirmations for a Sexual Abuse Survivor! It's a multiple part series of healing affirmations, with my main objective to collectively heal, grow spiritually through oneself, and bring balance to the self-universe. I started this specific series for the individuals who are experiencing the divine inspiration to begin healing from sexual abuse, closing the doors to it forever. You can find additional inspiration and discover more about me at Reality in Balance.com. My name is ShawNee Janelle, author of The Traditional Modalities for Healing, student and teacher of Naturopathic medicine.
My absolute observation to change from an indwelling victim to a sexual abuse survivor is a positive step towards healing. The simple fact that I’d become aware of this reset is a significant sign of strength and fortitude deemed by my higher-self to always work from the best parts of me. I’ve forced my way through stone walls that had almost led me to a life of permeable toxicity. I am on a path of spiritual growth and will gradually understand the process for it over time. I will ground with plenty of well deserved TLC today so that there is no confusion about my transformational steps for tomorrow.
