“I am the stronghold, for it belongs to me” One might not be so open to receiving guidance in the form of a Support System may be due to their outdated awareness of one’s capability to perceive a system that which suits the individual’s uniqueness. For most of us, we know that there is more than one road to a form of contentment & always room for additional enlightenment in Life. Thankfully, in today’s informational age we are more inclined to uncover new age tools that one may choose to apply for their own necessary growth & life skills today. Depending on your personal Support needs, I discovered from my own experiences, a host of ways to reinforce a Dynamic Support System during a time where I had felt isolated & unsupported the most. With that challenge behind me in the clear past, I am pleased to have come across an empowering Support system which I gleefully lead to my unique lifestyle still today. Online Community Support The Online Community Support groups have every form of Support that one can ever think of. For instances, you can find Support for health issues, family, phobias, addictions & so on. I utilize online communities the most because of its convenience & anonymity, but if one may have a disability this could be a good fit as well because you don’t have to leave the home. Seek online chat rooms, blogs, email lists, forums, or some have their own profiles on social media. Begin to perform an online search using keywords that include names with specialized groups. Next, visit the website to find links forums & similar online communities. Read through the content to measure the level of support provided by the other members & to verify that it is active & current. It is always a good idea to join more than one Online Community Support group. This way, one will find the group that is the most helpful. Just as anywhere else, conduct discernment when sharing information online about yourself such as telephone number, names, etc. With that being said, do not participate in communities that encourage you to stop any treatments instructed by a professional, purchase products/services, or are judgmental about your choices in Life. ***Clickable Links for Online Support Group Forums; +supportgroups pacifica FB Group MHA (Mental Health America)
Philosophers have conceded, however, that every man has two educations: that which is given to him, and the other that which he gives himself. Of the two kinds, the latter is by far the more desirable. Indeed, all that is most worthy in a man he must work out and conquer for himself. It is that which constitutes our real and best nourishment. What we are merely taught seldom nourishes the mind like that which we teach ourselves (Carter G. Woodson 1933). Becoming free from restriction should be an essential component of the overall mission for your education. Listed below are the representation of the important elements for you to sustain when applying an educational Support system. *identifying & assessing imbalances *addressing & treating challenges *teaching awareness *being culturally responsible *recognize the imbalance woven into self is part of educating the whole self. *identify what need a behavior is expressing *how to build from strengths, skills, hobbies, interests *consider whether a basic need isn’t being met Begin with addressing what is the most important in you to transform. Remembering your unique way of learning, do not steer away from this skill. They’re some individuals who study & learn by listening, reading, watching an educational video & so forth. For example, I receive a subtle understanding by a practical sense (bookworm), observation, & writing which does take much patience. This too is where I receive a higher absorption of knowledge, which is for another blog post. By Clicking Here you can become more adherent to why it is that an Educational Support system can improve any imbalance:"Reflections of You"
Each individual has a Spiritual nature it is part of & effects every aspect of the whole person. Spiritual distress can be as agonizing as physical pain & unfulfilled Spiritual needs hinder progress. A Spiritual Support system doesn’t have to be difficult or intimidating. By applying simple concepts, one can become more effective with daily Spiritual interventions. Spiritual care promotes quality of Life, which benefits the whole person & elevates all aspects of health & healing. Meditation is one of the most powerful ways to develop your Spirituality. The oldest aboriginal culture of the earth used meditation as a tool for Spiritual purification, as every religion uses meditation for Spiritual development still today. Your body & Spirit are connected, therefore, the foods you eat have a direct impact on your Spiritual strength & progress. Eating consciously means to consume foods & drinks in ways that express your self-love & empowers your Spiritual ability to accomplish things in your physical world. By eating consciously & meditating, you can begin to develop your Spiritual support system faster than outside ideologies. It is possible for you to progress a Spiritual Support system without religion. But to do so, you must take responsibility for your own education & growth. *don’t try to be something you’re not or to know something you don’t *don’t debate religion or try to impose your own religious or Spiritual views ***Click Here to view "How to Understand the Spiritual-Self" Thank you again for staying in tuned to reality in consciousness on this week’s segment on | "How to Build a Dynamic Support System | Reinforcing Individual Leadership" Reality in consciousness begins at the very moment as the work is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind! Embodying a sense of patience is something that I’ve become accustomed to overtime. When I was a child, it seemed as if I was always waiting for something. Today, I honor my active persistence in life and not just standing by as an observer waiting for a turn. I can redirect my child-within and no longer wait for good things or people to come my way. I don’t have to pause my life to live in joy & gratitude for myself. I can persist through all limitations that may block certain aspects of true happiness and find out what I love, starting within. My Life is in Process. It’s interesting to note that at one time, I’d always expected positive things to happen for me because I was a victim of sexual abuse. With this old mentality, I reflected a lot of hurt and guilt for not fully processing my trauma. I feel at my best when I can slow down to see the unfoldment of it all with a purpose.
No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts,“My Life is in Process!!!”
Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allowing for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to a higher awareness of yourself.

Your participation to grow & heal is presently directed towards an abundance of wisdom for yourself & those who will follow in through your footsteps, so be brave! Our environment can affect the things that we are sometimes unaware of. What stands out the most to me is the people surrounding us who have our back…. It takes a village to raise a child, right? We are more trusting of others & better with a community of support that surrounds us. When I decided to begin my recovery as a child sexual abuse survivor, it wasn’t long before I decided to find Support during the processes of healing. If a Supportive Community doesn’t exist, you can create it. My first discussion as a group is a challenge for anyone to list & identify the support networks that may already be established & aim to discover others that may be out of your comfort range. KNOW THE STATISTICS @ https://www.rainn.org/statistics R Respect others' boundaries. A Ask for consent. I Intervene when someone's in trouble. N Notice the warning signs of abuse and speak up. N Nurture myself and others Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 18!
Harnessing fear from past trauma may be painful for me to talk about as a sexual abuse survivor. At times, it can manifest as anxiety & quickly escalate to a form of isolation. Well, it came to a point where I became physically sick and tired of all the imbalanced normalcy in life surrounding it. Tragic emotions trapped within my child-self remained, & today I give aid, at last, to express them. Fear doesn't have to cripple me, stealing my freedom. Each time that I feel defeated by fear, I can mow over it with an authoritative will to begin toheal fearlessly. In this way, I am diffusing the power of my offender(s). I can express that I will no longer feel restricted in life due to the trauma of sexual abuse, nor will I participate in the denial. I will feel the fear of anxiety, take action, & move on throughout my days in light of it. My child-within no longer needs to hold onto sexual abuse as a personal terror! I will continue to heal so that we can both live in the present moments and walk through the depths of them.
