“What it means to trust someone is to have consented to a mutual agreement where both individuals feel safe. Today I can put my guard down, even with myself, in order to feel a shared connection with someone. I understand the value of relationships in my daily life. It’s important for me to trust other people.”

♡ “I CAN TRUST MY RELATIONSHIPS”
I can trust in myself first before my relationships can be a compass for me to navigate within life.
As a sexual abuse survivor, I’m more inclined to set boundaries to protect myself when relationships become unhealthy and stagnant of light.
I will no longer resonate with doubt. In my new relationships, I Can Trust that the respectful connections will have their natural flow of change throughout. Today, ICan Trust My Relationships, family ties, and community. When I think about myself first, nothing will seem too large to be.
➠SURVIVING To THRIVING
♡ You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts "I Can Trust My Relationships.”
♡ Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allowing for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher aspects of yourself.
♡ Your Reality In Balance begins at the very moment as the will is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind! I'll see you next time. Be well healed, and balance in peace, peace!
