According to Wikipedia, Sexual abuse, also referred to as molestation, is usually undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another. It is often perpetrated using force or by taking advantage of another. [1] When force is immediate, of short duration, or infrequent, it is called sexual assault. The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser or (often pejoratively) molester. [2] The term also covers any behavior by an adult or older adolescent towards a child to stimulate any of the involved sexually. The use of a child, or other individuals younger than the age of consent, for sexual stimulation is referred to as child sexual abuse or statutory rape. |

Let’s Begin with the Affirmation,"I Am Changing & Growing” |
Now that there’s a basic understanding of what specifically sexual abuse entails, Part 1 of Affirmations for a Sexual Abuse Survivor will immediately begin with affirmation, “I AM GROWING & CHANGING” into the true self. |
I AM GROWING & CHANGING. I am on a path of Spiritual Growth. So, for me to heal, I will gradually begin to understand that spiritual growth is something that will naturally occur over time. So, during this healing ascension from the destructions of sexual abuse, there’s no hurry. I say this because I need to acknowledge one new aspect of myself at a time. I will ground with plenty of well deserved TLC today so that there is no unwavering confusion about my transformational self-improvement tomorrow.
"I AM GROWING & CHANGING"
Please stay with one affirmation until internalized completely.
Repeat affirmation out loud, in the mirror, during meditation, showering, chores, walking, and during every conscious activity to bring about a balance.
