~Reality in Balance
Welcome to our first series on Affirmations for a Sexual Abuse Survivor! This is a multiple part series of healing affirmations along with my main objectives which are to collectively heal, grow spiritually through oneself, and bring balance to the self-universe.
You can find additional Inspiration & discover more about me on Reality in Balance.com. My name is ShawNee Janelle, author of The Traditional Modalities for Healing, student and teacher of Naturopathic medicine.
I started this specific series to universally build with the individuals who are experiencing the notion to heal holistically heal from such matters at this specific time.
I AM GROWING & CHANGING. This absolute observation to change from an inner dwelling victim (the lower self) to the actualization of a survivor is a positive step towards healing. The simple fact that I’d become aware of this reset is a significant sign of strength and force from the realization of the Higher- self. I’ve elevated from the realm of denial that could bestow a life full of self-destruction. I am here because of this will to change.
I AM GROWING & CHANGING. I am on a path of Spiritual Growth. So, for me to heal, I will gradually begin to understand that spiritual growth is something that will naturally occur over time. So, during this healing ascension from the destructions of sexual abuse, there’s no hurry. I say this because I need to acknowledge one new aspect of myself at a time. I will ground with plenty of well deserved TLC today so that there is no unwavering confusion about my transformational self-improvement tomorrow.
"I AM GROWING & CHANGING"
Please stay with one affirmation until internalized completely.
Repeat affirmation out loud, in the mirror, during meditation, showering, chores, walking, and during every conscious activity to bring about a balance.
