During my early childhood years, I may have perceived love in a state of opposition based on the non-representation of affection in my surroundings. Due to this, I’ve always felt that my needs weren’t being fulfilled in my relationships, work, or school as a sexual abuse survivor. I’d worryingly seek, in my little way, for someone to notice or care for me so that I can be a reflection of love through them.
In the past, my impulsive behavior to place people or things before myself may have been an easier practice in order to cope as a sexual abuse survivor, while disregarding inward pain. Could I be searching for some form of resolution in the people or things that are near me today that do not reciprocate in love? Are my surroundings fully supported and cared for? These types of questions as a sexual abuse survivor are prominent to establish self-love, a natural and deserving state!
Today I am aware that “I DESERVE TO BE LOVED”, but this can ONLY begin with the love of MYSELF, first! My past experiences, as a sexual abuse survivor could bring a strong sense of what love is through the ways of reflection- (journaling, talking, meditation), spending time with yourself- (having patience), and allowing space to heal- (being truthful/honest). Soon enough, I will begin to feel deserving of love, and my “conditions” will be supported by the daily acts of respectable love for myself as a sexual abuse survivor! “I DESERVE TO BE LOVED”

AROMATIC TRUE LAVENDER BATH
Aromatic baths are mostly used for their stress reducing properties- the oils work both by absorption into the skin and inhalation as they evaporate- to get the full benefit, make sure the room is warm. Shut the door and turn off the taps before adding oil.
AROMATIC TRUE LAVENDER SHOWER
*Mix True Lavender essential oil into 10ml (2tsp) of carrier oil first and massage into skin before getting under the spray. Do not apply to the feet due to the dangers of slipping.*
FOOT or HAND BATH: TRUE LAVENDER
TO COUNTERACT JET LAG: TRUE LAVENDER
Swollen feet: 1 drop of True Lavender 2 drops of grapefruit, and 1 drop of cypress essential oils.
Stay awake: 1 drop of True Lavender and 2 drops of rosemary essential oils.
To sleep: 2 drops of True Lavender, 1 drop of geranium, and one drop of sweet marjoram.
TRUE LAVENDER INFUSION
ROOM VAPORIZERS & DIFFUSERS with LAVENDER OIL
It is best to not let the oil burn for more than two hours. Do not burn unattended. Be mindful when children are present.
