➠ Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 43!
Could I be searching for some form of resolution in the people that do not reciprocate? Today, are my surroundings fully supported and cared for in a loving way? Asking these types of questions can ground you in self-love- a natural and deserving state!
Today, I understand that I Deserve Love in the same manner that I love myself. In past experiences as a sexual abuse survivor, I’d seek for someone to notice that I could be a reflection of love for them to see. Now, I work on myself to attract a reciprocal love that is healthy.I Deserve to be Loved by the frequency of love that surrounds me!
♡ No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eye may perceive of the self at this time.
♡ You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts “I Deserve to Be Loved" .
♡ Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allowing for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher aspects of yourself.
♡ Your Reality In Balance begins at the very moment as the will is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of mankind! I'll see you next time. Be well healed, and balance in peace, peace!
True Lavender essential oil can have a lasting effect, not just to our physical body but on the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves too! Lavender is supreme in the nature of healing the fight against stress, wound care, spiritual affliction, or to experience a state of euphoria and growth in all relationships. It blends with most oils especially citrus for its therapeutic properties, and work both by scent and by absorption.

AROMATIC TRUE LAVENDER BATH
Aromatic baths are mostly used for their stress reducing properties- the oils work both by absorption into the skin and inhalation as they evaporate- to get the full benefit, make sure the room is warm. Shut the door and turn off the taps before adding oil.
AROMATIC TRUE LAVENDER SHOWER
*Mix True Lavender essential oil into 10ml (2tsp) of carrier oil first and massage into skin before getting under the spray. Do not apply to the feet due to the dangers of slipping.*
FOOT or HAND BATH: TRUE LAVENDER
TO COUNTERACT JET LAG: TRUE LAVENDER
Swollen feet: 1 drop of True Lavender 2 drops of grapefruit, and 1 drop of cypress essential oils.
Stay awake: 1 drop of True Lavender and 2 drops of rosemary essential oils.
To sleep: 2 drops of True Lavender, 1 drop of geranium, and one drop of sweet marjoram.
TRUE LAVENDER INFUSION
ROOM VAPORIZERS & DIFFUSERS with LAVENDER OIL
It is best to not let the oil burn for more than two hours. Do not burn unattended. Be mindful when children are present.
