Not only arepesticides an issue, as mentioned before in The Most Contaminated Fruits and Vegetable article, but a concern for genetically modified foods (GMO) as well. In the United States and Canada, industrialists are not required to label genetically modified foods. Without this requirement, the public may assume that they're consuming foods that are naturally safe to eat.

The commercial fast foods that aren’t naturally processed are genetically altered and highly toxic. There are no commercial foods safe to eat. These toxins and synthetic chemicals destroy and deteriorate the human body and are addicting.

We may be...

1) using refined white sugar that has been demineralized- (almost everything contains a form of sugar today).

2) we don’t get the purest, most natural foods anymore, because manufacturers add dyes, acids, artificial flavors, texturizes, preservatives, synthetic chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, and steroids.

So, let’s get into the primary aspects of III Ayizan, represented in The New Orleans Voodoo Tarot! Whenever this voodoo tarot card appears, I’ll feel either one of the two ways leading me towards a significant and transitional change; 1) A new way of seeing through a higher level of awareness, or 2) the need to purify for this next level of consciousness.

Ayizan is the most ancient loa. She is known as Queen of the Marketplace, Spirit of Initiation, and Lwa of primordial ancestors. Refer to her as Mambo or Manbo Ayizan because she must be treated with the utmost respect! Her name may mean "sacred earth" in her duties of the realm.

Mambo Ayizan is the lwa of the first Vodou priestess, which puts things into perspective for cleanliness and purity to create sacred space. She banishes malevolent entities and protects against the three layers of the evil eye; malice, envy, and jealousy.

In the depiction of Mambo Ayizan here in voodoo tarot, she’s walking in the marketplace with her face covered with a palm branch. The frayed palm branch is a symbol of purity in Vodou.

Again, Mambo Ayizan'sprimary aspects in voodoo tarot are a clear sight of mission, pleasure, success, the concern for purity, or devotion. She provides protection for all of the women’s affairs and the just in general, ache´!
