Once aligned with A Sense of Peace, releasing past distress as a sexual abuse survivor, I can create space within to stand on as unwavering for a set foundation. Right now, I know that I am most deserving of expanding this sense of peace that I’ve longed for & willing to maintain its effects often.

♡ Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allowing for the current response to form naturally.
