Respect others' boundaries. A Ask for consent. I Intervene when someone's in trouble. N Notice the warning signs of abuse and speak up. N Nurture myself and others
I may have become acclimated to being abused or neglected that it has affected my internal being where this acceptance has created a lowered, secondary sense of things & a way of life for me. Today, as an adult, I can acknowledge with the strength that I deserve to be treated with respect & dignity at all times. Regardless, of my history or even current behavior, I still am worthy of respect & dignity. - just because I am alive. As I live more consciously aware of moments when I have been abused by someone else’s invocations or inactions. With this growing sense, I can affirm my own credence and choose how I want to address situations where I have once again been violated or abused. The most important lesson is to believe that I deserve to be treated with respect & dignity. Accepting will be my great momentum to act in ways that are respectful & supportive of myself. Your Reality In Balance begins at the very moment as the will is placed forth by your intent to grow and change for the betterment of self, aiding in the improvement of the hue-man! I'll see you guys again. Be well and heal in peace, peace!
