I cannot hide from myself. Being present in my everyday life can transform my thought process as a sexual abuse survivor. My reality at this time may not be at the optimum level of joy, but I do recognize my existence. As an alternative to avoidance, I can look for pleasing ways to sustain my contentment.
I am present within myself as a sexual abuse survivor.
In the past, trauma conceivably misled my thoughts away from the presence of I AM, where self-love is. Instead, it solely covered my mind, and I felt lost and strayed away like a kid.
The awareness of my thoughts is just as important as my faith, belief system, or spirituality. The things that I set forth as morals in life also coincide with my living thoughts becoming free. My mind has a keen sense of security.
There’s only one prime focus, which is to root the foundations for my energy. I Am Present With My Thoughts and can hear my Spirit speaking through me.
