This strong mental state may be difficult at first to sustain when I am imbalanced by the disillusion of life’s challenges. I may have vague memories of moments feeling hopeless as I grieved. Bounded tight, a generation created in suffrages, leaving hope as my only need. I realized that hope and worry cannot coexist. Rather, my tears had asked the questions instead, leading me away from despair. When I am experiencing hopelessness, there is more room for me to grow. I will need to consider that I am not in control of the outside elements that may potentially disallow hope as a way to my enlightenment. However, I will reassure that to walk in belief, trust, and faith I cannot be lead astray. There is a spark within me searching fervently for even a steady glimmer. I can source this needed element by my willingness to tune in to other survivors who are feeling and experiencing a sense of hopefulness and know that it does exist. Even if I cannot believe it, hope can return. I will persevere. All I can do is hold on to positive reflections because I know that it’s coming. This cycle of hope and growth, I will forever endeavor to be accepting and understanding of myself as I move through these necessary phases.
Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself.
