♡ AFFIRMATIONS | For A Sexual Abuse Survivor
Today, I will listen to the voice within me and affirm it with some small action. I can even find support as I do this. Each time that I take action on my behalf, I will be moving toward a sense of trust and understanding of some things about myself.”

Let’s Begin with the Affirmation for Week 25 !
♡ "I CAN STAND UP for WHAT IS TRUE"
Sometimes I might find that my truth is being challenged, or am I in strife with myself? Maybe I’ve been told that sexual abuse does occur often enough so that I can get over the guilt? Witnessing so many contradictions of truth is bothersome to me. Who’s given the power to speak up for what is true and disheartening to break free?
So that I don't become an outcast because of my truth as a sexual abuse survivor, I voluntarily became it anyways. I may have stood up for myself, actualizing freewill to survive, and the outcome afterward was a glowing light ahead for me to walk away in strides.
To judge how I feel inside is by the energy that now presides.I
Can Stand Up for What Is True, even if it means that I might have to walk away from you. The divine essence of spirituality has a way to free me from the things that no longer serve me. The act of courage is something unlike what I thought it would be.
❖ Surviving to Thriving
♡Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher aspects of yourself.
