I am beginning a new life with both feet on the ground. I sought for an immutable kinship to fill and instead a crossroad was found. To an average person, this might look like I had taken my time to explore the unknown depths of my mind. There is no point to relinquish the harsh past while my blessings are right here before me. I've weaved and thread myself back together again. I feel renewed, therefore, I am. All of my new and old relationships I can now understand a little better of those lessons firsthand. It doesn’t have to be an unusual way to navigate with empathy as those abusive relationships were what I had allowed them to be. I saw individuals who were not only lost but misguided. Who would tell them to refrain from destruction, if I haven’t tried it? I am beginning new relationships with what I set in front of me. Small refractions of a larger picture, with the understanding, I know that I am looking in the mirror, and not on the tv screen.
My new relationships today whether short or long, I am grateful for them even if it is just one. Today I will always remember the way my life has transformed over the seasons of time, directing my mind to inner reflections for me to define.
The internal relationship that I built is like mirror images for my acceptance for which I became. I have done the light work within and have discovered progressive keys and undefined gateways. To change is to redefine the relationships outside of myself. Life is about adapting but to never lose a grounding of my spiritual wealth. No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. You are a Survivor-Stay in action on your healing journey every day and meditate on these concepts,“I Beginning New Relationships.” Visualize the Affirmation, see it in color or as shaded black and white, however, the mind perceives it, allow for the current response to form naturally. Listen to yourself without judgment and begin to frequently journal this process as you transition the mind to higher knowledge of yourself.

Today, something peculiar had struck me. I am ready to move on in my life. I feel like I've had enough of unconcealed guilt and shame because of the sexual violation and trauma, only the perpetrator is to blame. My mindset is polished, opposite of impoverished. I am headed toward peace of mind and getting rid of the garbage. I can have with me my collected tools that will never bend or break as a sexual abuse survivor. My steps not lagging in the way that my mind can direct myself to move forward toward better days. Would there be a point now to hold back tears, when my only nightmare is that I would never move past these scarred fears? I Am Moving Forward because my silent power as within can also be brought as so without, no need to endure being a coward. As I move forward in my life as a sexual abuse survivor, my calendar days will seem to have reset itself. Time is an illusion and unknown phenomena to a higher-dimensional frequency. Moving forward is also a gift and now I see the connection and purpose for balancing. Life is my light through shadows I can see, my footsteps walking over vast seas to a new reality.

I will focus and have a lot of success stories in my lifetime. Looking outside of myself, society and my culture may describe healing as a sexual abuse survivor as outer counterparts in knowledge and wealth. Up until just recently, I was confused about the display of the description and how it controlled the way that I felt. As the course of my healing moves underway, I can gradually see a cure not yet expressed as if I really mean what I say.
I am looking inside of myself now at a different angle because I can feel pain without shutting down for I am not the blame here. I ask myself, who else would I be if I had the opportunity to recourse things? I wouldn’t even change the indifferent pronunciation of my name. Why did I hold on to suffering for so long then? I held on to guilt as my sin. Who would’ve known that being a sexual abuse survivor would lead me to question everything?
I don’t need to carry a sexual abuse survivor sigil around, because it is not my cross. I am working on shaping my crown, therefore I am not lost! A sexual abuse survivor is just a temporarily term that describes a mental and emotional state to discern. It is not something that I will carry to the grave. I can discover how to stand up for myself and begin thriving today. This brings me much responsibility for my reactions towards myself. I will no longer pronounce lacking aid or help. At this time in my life, my greatest strength is conscious healing that lies unburdened with guilt. Sexual abuse will become a lesson to move on from, and not a tool to use under my belt. No matter where you are right now on your journey as a sexual abuse survivor, remember that there is more to you than what the eyes may perceive of the self at this time. Day-to-day, I strive to balance my emotions as a sexual abuse survivor. In this way, I know that I am healing the best way possible.
